RETURN POLICY

Cancellation of Order:

We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. 

Return (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your product. 
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please do not return items to the manufacturer. 
Customers pay only one shipping fee (including return shipping); there are no restocking fees for returns.

Refund (if applicable)

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you a receipt notification. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically issue a refund to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Delayed or Missing Refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process. If you've completed all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@trendhavent.com.
